Leadership Team

fAz Azam, CEO

fAz is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and operations of Northern Digital Solutions (NDS).

Most recently fAz served as the Chief Information & Technology Officer for ETHIC, A Wealth Bank, where he was responsible for the overall Technology, and led the successful implementation and delivery of an omnichannel Digital Platform providing an integrated banking, lending and investments user experience.

Before ETHIC, fAz was the Chief Technology Officer at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) where he was responsible for Technology, Architecture and Cyber Security groups, and also led the Fund Services and Infomediary Systems divisions.

Prior to BBH, he was Chief Architect at ACI Payment Systems, responsible for the overall architecture and technology leadership of products within the Retail, Corporate Banking and Risk domains. Earlier in his career, fAz was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase Bank.

fAz holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts, and B.E in Electrical Engineering from NED University.

Dr. Kosta

Dr. Charles Kosta, Lead Technologist

Dr. Charles (Chuck) Kosta is the Lead Technologist for Northern Digital Solutions (NDS) with more than 25 years of accomplished career in software engineering and other contemporary technologies.

Most recently, Chuck worked as the Data Analytics Team Lead for Demoulas, where he led the high volume payments processing technology infrastructure.

Before Demoulas, Chuck was a technologist at John Hancock Financials, responsible for Nuance Voice Platform based IVR system’s integration with the business applications.

Earlier in his career, Chuck led numerous technology initiatives within the United States government, including Departments of Defense, Transportation, and Justice.

Chuck received his Doctor of Science in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts, and Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Lowell.
